The penthouse is located at the southernmost point of Europe. It was built on the rooftop of a 5-storey block which offers a breathtaking sea view. The lift leaves you directly at the beach. 100 meters from the "Playa Chica" at the Mediterranean sea and 30 meters from the "Playa Los Lances" at the Atlantic ocean. From the penthouse you have a fabulous 360º panoramic view over Tarifa and the Strait of Gibraltar. You can even see the coast of Morocco, from Ceuta to Tangier, and all over the beach till the dune of Valdevaqueros. The harbour and the old town are only a few steps away. The penthouse is available for 2-4 people. It has a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. One bedroom has a 160x200 double bed and the other one has a 140x200 bed. The penthouse has been completely renovated and is fully equipped, with air conditioner/heater, fiber optic internet up to 50 mb, smart TV 40" with Netflix, washing machine, dishwasher, two electric hobs, oven and a microwave. Bed linen and towels are included. The access to the rooftop is not allowed. This applies to all residents. So there is more privacy in the apartment. The holiday flat is officially registered under the number VUT/CA 00339 by the Junta of Andalucia.
